What Is Complete Inflammation Support?
What is Complete Inflammation Support (Powered by ProleevaMax)? Thirteen standardized actives, the design framework behind them, and what the label shows.
Ingredients in this letter

Complete Inflammation Support (Powered by ProleevaMax®) is a daily supplement containing thirteen standardized botanical and amino acid actives, taken as four vegan capsules a day. It is built around a six-part framework LanFam uses to make formulation decisions — a design model, not a demonstrated mechanism. The formula has not been tested against a control group, so the reasoning below explains how it was designed rather than what it has been proven to do.
What "complete" is actually claiming — and what it isn't
Most inflammation supplements pick one ingredient and go deep. Turmeric, usually. Sometimes boswellia.
There is nothing wrong with either. The reasoning behind a broader formula is that inflammation is not a single process waiting to be switched off — it is a set of overlapping signalling systems, and one botanical acts on a narrow slice of that.
That is the argument for the design. It is worth being precise about what kind of argument it is: "complete" describes the intended scope of the formulation, not a proven result. We have not run a study comparing this formula against a well-dosed single ingredient, so we cannot tell you that broader coverage produced a better outcome for anyone. If a page tells you a multi-ingredient formula beats a targeted one, ask what trial established it.
What's in it
| Half | Actives | What it is aimed at |
|---|---|---|
| Botanical | Boswellia (standardized to 65% boswellic acids), Turmeric, Trans-Resveratrol, Matcha, Asian Ginseng, Black Pepper Extract | Inflammatory signalling and oxidative load |
| Amino acid | L-Glutamine, L-Serine, L-Arginine, GABA, 5-HTP, plus Choline and Vitamin B6 | The nervous-system side — fog, flatness, unrestorative sleep |
Black pepper extract is there for a specific mechanical reason. Curcumin on its own absorbs poorly, and Shoba et al., 1998 measured a substantial increase in its bioavailability when co-administered with piperine. We go deeper on that in standardized extract vs whole herb.
The second half is the one worth pausing on. Inflammatory signalling has effects beyond a sore knee — fog, low mood and poor sleep are commonly reported alongside physical discomfort. Most inflammation formulas ignore that side entirely. Whether addressing it changes anything for you is not something we have measured.
The six-part framework, described accurately
This is LanFam's formulation model. It is how the formula was assembled. It is not a classification you will find in a physiology textbook, and two of its six parts are not inflammatory mechanisms at all:
| # | Part | What it covers | Mechanism or condition? |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Inflammatory signalling | The messaging cascade that recruits an immune response | Mechanism |
| 2 | Oxidative stress | Free-radical load that both drives and follows inflammation | Mechanism |
| 3 | Absorption | Whether any of it reaches circulation | Enabling condition |
| 4 | Nervous-system regulation | How signalling registers as discomfort, fog, poor sleep | Mechanism |
| 5 | Cellular energy | Why chronic inflammation is so consistently tiring | Mechanism |
| 6 | Tissue and gut integrity | Barrier function | Enabling condition |
We include absorption and barrier function because a formula that ignores either underperforms regardless of how good the rest is. But calling them "inflammatory pathways" would be tidier than it is true. How the formula is designed walks through the reasoning in more detail.
What this framework does not establish. It does not show that six is better than one. It does not show that the finished formula measurably affects each of these in humans. It is a rationale for the ingredient list — useful for understanding what the product is trying to do, and not a substitute for evidence that it does it.
What the label shows, and what it doesn't
Applying this article's own standard to ourselves: the ProleevaMax label declares a Proprietary Blend of 2,401 mg covering eleven of the thirteen actives. Only Vitamin B6 and Choline are listed with individual quantities.
So the standardization percentages are published — you know how concentrated each extract is — but not the delivered milligrams for anything inside the blend. Potency is milligrams multiplied by percentage, and only one of those two numbers is on our label. That is a real limit on how far you can check the reasoning on this page, and we would rather set it out here than have you find it on the bottle.
The 90-day protocol
The programme is designed around 90 days, and the money-back guarantee runs the same 90 days so there is time to judge it.
Two things worth keeping separate, because marketing often blurs them: the protocol is a usage recommendation, and the guarantee is a commercial term. Neither is a claim about how quickly anything happens biologically. We are not going to publish a week-by-week schedule of what you should feel and when, because we have not run a controlled trial of this formula that would let us stand behind one.
Where the human evidence sits
The formula has been through some small human research, and it does not amount to proof. What exists was uncontrolled and unrandomised, and did not establish that the formula caused any change.
That is not a reason to hide them, and it is not a reason to treat them as proof. We set out exactly what each one found — and did not find — in inside the ProleevaMax studies, including where the study report contradicts itself.
If you take medication, particularly blood thinners or antidepressants, speak to your doctor first. We set out the classes worth raising in who should not take boswellia. The label restricts the product to adults 18 and over, and directs anyone pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition to consult a doctor before use.
The full ingredient list shows every disclosed active and what it is there to do.
