Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship ProleevaMax orders. By placing an order with LanFam Health, you agree to the terms below. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day.
Shipping methods, costs, and delivery times
- Free shipping is included on all orders shipped within the United States.
- Orders ship via a trackable shipping service.
- Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Subscriptions
If you enrolled in Subscribe & Save, your ProleevaMax order ships automatically on your renewal date (every 30 days unless you’ve chosen a different frequency). The same processing times and free U.S. shipping apply to subscription orders. You can pause, reschedule, or cancel anytime from your account, before your next renewal date.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, please check with members of your household and neighbors, and allow 1–2 days, as carriers sometimes mark items delivered early. If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it was lost or stolen in transit, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we’ll work with you to make it right.
