Return & Exchange Eligibility

To keep our quality and safety standards high, please note:

  • Returns must be requested within 60 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

  • Items must have been purchased directly from Lanfam LLC or an authorized retail partner.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved returns will be processed as:

  • A refund to your original form of payment,

  • An exchange for the same or comparable product, or

  • A store credit, if preferred.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement after processing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll promptly replace the item or issue a full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.
